Digital downloads
Your PDF and Word file are delivered instantly after payment, so we cannot cancel an order once the files have been delivered.
When we refund
We will refund you if your payment went through but you did not receive your files, if the files are damaged and we cannot fix them, or if you were charged more than once for the same biodata.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@biodatamaker.shop within 7 days of payment with the payment reference and the email or phone number used, and describe the problem. Screenshots help.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount.
Changing details
If you made a mistake in your details, you can edit the Word file you downloaded, or create a new version of your biodata. Mistakes in what you entered are not eligible for a refund.
